At VIBAe, we want you to love every step in your new footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our process is designed to be as comfortable as our shoes.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original VIBAe box and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the outer shipping carton.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
